Position Title: Director of Marketing and Communications
Hiring Range: $65,000 – 75,000/Annually

The Director of Marketing and Communications will provide leadership for the development and implementation of an integrated strategic marketing plan that is aligned with the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan of the College. Primary duties include providing marketing strategy in support of recruitment and retention goals and related needs of the College. Responsibilities include all promotions, publications, media relations, and the web to increase Peninsula College’s visibility, brand-awareness, reputation and engagement with prospective student groups and other key constituencies. The Director supervises a dynamic team of marketing professionals and will develop and manage marketing budgets with oversight from the Vice President for Student Services. The successful candidate will possess a welcoming personality and collaborative leadership style that actively engages all internal and external stakeholders in a manner that consistently models the Guiding Principles of the college.
