• HOW TO JOIN •
RCCA membership is open to all rural community colleges and tribal colleges that share our beliefs and values. Membership is also open to individuals (professionals and students) who want to participate in a national network for learning and advocacy on rural education and rural development.

• MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS •
RCCA members represent diverse regions including Appalachia, the South, the Southwest, and the Northern Plains Indian Reservations.
As part of a network of rural colleges facing similar challenges, members gain exposure to new ideas and a stimulating community of peers. RCCA activities and services include:
• Annual conference on community colleges and rural development
• Visits to model rural development and education programs
• Advocacy for rural colleges and the communities they serve — a national voice for rural education and rural development
• Networking for grant opportunities
• Exposure to effective strategies in education and rural development
• Participation in peer-to-peer technical assistance network
